This is an article our colleague Scott Kraus wrote last week that never seemed to make it online. In the spirit of July 4th patriotism (huh?) we thought we'd share... Pennsylvania Republicans still hope they can lure back many of the thousands of voters who switched parties this year to vote in the Democratic presidential primary. But so far, few have rushed home. Democrats have actually gained 37,529 voters statewide, while Republican registration has dipped by 1,504 since the April 22 prima
